CIPO extends the deadlines to June 1st, 2020
The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) has announced a further extension of time due to the COVID-19 situation. Thus, all deadlines falling between March 16 and May 29 are automatically extended to June 1st, 2020.
It is however recommended, where possible, to meet the initial deadlines.
